ABOUT ME

Since my sophomore year at Carlmont High School, I've been involved with the journalism program. I started out writing about clubs and events on campus. In my second semester, I expanded into writing opinion pieces, as well as started training to become an editor.

I became an editor in junior year, where I was responsible for five writers and writing editorials. As I edited more and more pieces, I gained a better understanding of how to better my own writing. I also started writing for the Highlander magazine in junior year.
